Do I get tracking information ?

Your parcel will be posted out same or next working day and a tracking number is provided for every order free of charge. We will send your tracking number to the email address provided on the order page. If you have not been provided with a tracking number automatically within 48 hours please contact us and we will send this over manually.

Refunds

We can only issue refunds if we are made aware of an issue (e.g. order did not arrive or product damaged) and we will check whether a refund is best suited.
This must be requested within thirty days of the orders arrival, or if it hasnt turned up, within ten days of no movement on your tracking.

Package not arrived ?

If something has not arrived please contact ASAP quoting either your order number or name you purchased under and we can check the tracking on the item. If it is lost in transit we will send another consignment.
